SUSTAINABILITY

The Value
of what already exists

Sustainability is not only about creating differently.
It is also about recognising the value of what already exists.

OUR APPROACH

01

Beyond seasons

A piece from a past collection can transcend its moment, offering a timeless framework for self-expression. Its material endures. Its craftsmanship endures. Its design endures. What changes is the context — and its place in your story.

02

Preserving value

Each piece represents an investment of materials, energy, know-how and human expertise. By extending its life, we reduce waste and preserve the value already created. This is particularly relevant in luxury, where the quality of materials, craftsmanship, design and longevity are at the heart of a piece’s identity.

03

A real impact

The textile industry is responsible for around 2–8% of global greenhouse gas emissions and generates nearly 92 million tonnes of textile waste each year. In Europe, 4–9% of textiles placed on the market are destroyed without ever being used, representing between 264,000 and 594,000 tonnes annually. Choosing pre-existing pieces helps reduce this impact.

04

A more circular model

The traditional fashion model follows a linear path: resources, production, consumption, disposal. A more circular model aims to extend the life of products and materials through reuse, repair, resale, recycling and more responsible consumption — reducing the pressure on natural resources.

05

Our approach

We source and preserve exceptional European luxury pieces from past collections, giving them a second life and a new audience. For us, an archive is not defined by what is no longer current, but by what continues to hold value — through its craftsmanship, design and story.

Sustainability is not just about what we create next,
but how we value what already exists today.
