​Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
  •  Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  •  Underwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards and promotional items

​Return Process

1. Email contact@ysoluxe.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for another size or color, please contact us at contact@ysoluxe.com before returning it to confirm availability.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@ysoluxe.com with your order number and photos of the issue.We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
